The calculators, cost estimates, area guides, and planning tools provided on the Site for India, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) are intended for personal, non-commercial, and informational use. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, automate, or systematically extract data from our algorithms without express written permission.

3. Dubai Real Estate Referral & Inquiries

When you submit an inquiry or consultation request regarding Dubai real estate, you acknowledge and agree that Home Design English acts solely as an informational referral and technology platform. Inquiries are routed to certified, RERA-licensed real estate brokerages or authorized developer representatives. HDE is not a party to any eventual purchase, lease, or mortgage agreement entered into between you and any developer or brokerage.

4. Limitation of Liability

Home Design English, its developers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools, including financial losses, investment underperformance, regulatory changes, or structural failures resulting from reliance on our estimates.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms or attempt to abuse the system.

6. Payments & Refunds

All credit packages and premium features are billed in your selected local currency (e.g., USD or INR) via our third-party payment processor. Because credits are delivered and usable instantly upon purchase, all sales are considered final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by local law. We do not offer auto-renewing subscriptions; all purchases are one-time credit top-ups.
